We endeavour to make sure the products you order arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition. This must be within 14 days of receipt (boxed, unopened, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact, if applicable.). Opened products will not be refundable.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery. You must notify us by Email of your intention to cancel within 7 days of delivery.

Return Procedures

To return a product, please contact us at enquiries@jerseyfoodstate.com within 7 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number, the product(s) that you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Items no longer required must be unopened and in original condition.

Faulty products will replaced upon receipt of the faulty item. 

We will not refund any product that is incomplete or not in re-sellable/usable condition unless faulty.  Items returned to us not in re-sellable/usable condition may be returned to you and may incur additional postage charges.
